Allison is the Founder and CEO of Kinship Impact Partners, an Alberta-based impact advisory firm. She is an accomplished strategy, impact, and engagement professional with over 15 years of experience working across Canada with organizations such as Finance Canada, the Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity, the University of Calgary School of Public Policy, CN Rail, and Canadian Western Bank. Allison brings deep expertise in designing, evaluating, and facilitating complex, high-stakes engagements in collaboration with government, industry, academic institutions, and community organizations. Trained in IAP2 methodology, she applies a human-centred approach that integrates lived-experience co-design and empowerment strategies.

Her commitment to economic inclusion and poverty reduction has been shaped through leadership roles in employment services and entrepreneurial programming at Ballad Group, Momentum, Haida Gwaii Community Futures, and the MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child.

Allison holds a Master’s in Management from London Business School and is trained in Social Return on Investment (SROI), Trauma-informed Care, SafeTalk, and Motivational Interviewing. She is a member of Social Value Canada and IAP2 Canada, and serves on the boards of Families Matter and the Bragg Creek Education Services Association.
